The following are the steps for becoming an Instructor Trainer
Request an application from a member of the IT Supervisory Committee

Return application to the American Red Cross

Application is then copied and forwarded to committee members
Applicants teaching history is pulled up and reviewed
An interview is arranged with the applicant and committee
Training plan is created by the committee and agreed upon by applicant
Skills verification is preformed
Teaching verification is preformed
Training plan is implemented
Committee members are updated on training as work is done
After completion of training an exit interview is preformed
Authorizations are given
You should plan on the IT process taking approximately 1 year.
